Tonight, our Rebellion Grows!

Friends, tonight we make history…or we die trying (dramatic flair is needed, but you get the point). We plan to open up Moonbeam (https://moonbeam.stream) to the world around 8pm Eastern. Pat and the entire engineering team is crushing it right now making sure Moonbeam is ready for tonight!

I’ll be live streaming or Open Beta Launch Party tonight starting at 7:30pm ET / 6:30pm CT / 5:30pm MT / 4:30pm PT / 12:30pm GMT.

We need your help!

Listen, I can be coy right now, but we don’t have time for that in a rebellion going up against the biggest corporations on the planet. We need your help spreading the word about Moonbeam once we open our doors. Tell your friends to check us out and make an account. Leave a message for a streamer in their chat. Make a post in one of our Public Realms. Anything to help will go miles for us to make a dent in this space as we seek to truly change the face of live streaming.

I’m tired of seeing our favorite social media platforms succumb to chaos and hate. I want us to have a nice new home in Moonbeam—that if anthing, is worth fighting for…or in less dramatic fashion, it is at least worth telling our friends about so they join Moonbeam.

Final Words

I’m going to prepare for our rebellion now—but there is one small victory that would bring joy to my heart tonight. We took bets about how many people would join Moonbeam in the first 24 hours. I said 1,000+ so, help me be right on my birthday and spread the word so we can take over the internet by storm.

Lastly, we wouldn’t be here without you. You have all given us your trust, time, attention, feedback, and money—there is nothing on this planet more important to us right now than living up to the trust and faith you put in Moonbeam.
