Moonbeam Update & Payouts

Hey Moonbeamers (hehe), it’s Anthony, and I have a quick Friday update for you.

We targeted January as our first payout month, and I am sad to report that we didn’t hit our goal. Please accept my apologies, but know that we finally integrated Moonbeam with Stripe and are running final tests over the weekend to confirm secure payouts before we release that feature externally.

If all goes well with our testing, you can expect to get a Stripe Connect account and withdraw your first payment next week. Payments are a BIG deal, so we want to ensure the security and reliability of everyone’s payments.

The team continues to push out features and improvements rapidly as we dash toward Beta when we will pivot to focus on engagement and onboarding more folks onto Moonbeam so they can interact with live streams and Realms. So, growth, increased viewership, and engagement focuses are coming just around the corner.
