Moonbeam Beta Launches on Friday!

I’ve got some exciting news—Moonbeam’s closed Beta is launching this Friday, February 28th! 🎉

If you backed our campaign for Beta access, keep an eye on your inbox—we’ll email you as soon as your account is ready.

But that’s not all… We’re way ahead of schedule. In fact, we’re so far ahead that we’re considering pivoting to an open Beta much earlier than expected! This means anyone would be able to create an account, start streaming, support creators, and build their communities—right away.

The streaming and social media world is a chaotic place right now, and we know that people are looking for a new home. Thanks to your efforts in the Alpha phase, we now have the opportunity to move into open Beta months earlier than planned. I’d love to hear what you think—should we make the move now? Moonbeam AMA on Thursday

Thursday, February 27th @ 9pm ET / 8pm CT / 7pm MT / 6pm PT (2am GMT) we are hosting an AMA where the Moonbeam team is going to discuss Beta and a slew of new features you’re going to see which includes:

• VOD Support: Because sometimes you can’t catch everything live.

• Topics: Open Realms for broader communities like “Tabletop Games” where anyone can stream and chat.

• Mobe: Our adorable, in-house companion designed to engage with streamers and audiences (Pyxis’ new sibling!).

• Moonbeam’s Growth Plan: Our master plan to take on the streaming world with you by our side.

Final Thoughts: We’ll Need Your Support

In just under 90 days, you’ve helped us crush bugs, fast-track our roadmap, and prove our creator payout system works—where creators actually keep 100% of what they earn (no hidden fees, no nonsense).

We’ve also been talking to investors, and they’re eager to back us with resources that could help us rival the big platforms—but there’s one thing we still need to prove: that people want a platform like Moonbeam.

The Beta phase is make or break, and we need your help to spread the word. The key metrics investors are watching include:

• Daily Active Users (DAU): How many people log in daily
